Originally, I placed the PROD tag because I believed this article had little unique, sourced content. After private discussion with User:HighFlyingFish, we came to consensus that a merge would be a better option for this page. As it stands, there are no sources on this article, and much of its content is original research. The corresponding sections on the Orders of magnitude (length) page have much more information that is useful to readers. As it stands, this page would be better as just a redirect to the appropriate sections there. Mr. Anon515 20:51, 4 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Support Merge: The Orders of magnitude (length) article has most of the verifiable information in this one already, and more. Much of what remains in this article is uncited and based on the tag (from this revision) https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Megametre&diff=prev&oldid=803816098 has been since 2009. I added some citations (and corrected an error actually, megas = great not big) but they are mostly to dictionary definitions. --HighFlyingFish (talk) 20:53, 4 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
