I'll be reviewing this article. It looks very well written and I'm familiar with some of the main author's past work. It'll probably take me a few days to read the article and some of the numerous cited sources. -Zanhe (talk) 20:30, 28 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
A. Prose is "clear and concise", without copyvios, or spelling and grammar errors:
The prose is clear and concise, and well written. Spotchecked against a few sources available online, and no copyvio found. -Zanhe (talk) 19:25, 13 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Article is long because of the complex nature of the subject covered. It is focused and does not contain excessive details. -Zanhe (talk) 19:25, 13 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Good use of images and maps. All have appropriate captions. -Zanhe (talk) 19:25, 13 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Overall:
Pass or Fail: It took me hours to read the article and some of the cited sources. But once that's done, it's really a no-brainer to pass the article. In fact, the article is of a higher quality than many FA's I've seen. Kudos to Simon Burchell for the hard work he's done to bring the article on this important and fascinating subject to such a high standard. -Zanhe (talk) 19:25, 13 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
