"Massive giant" seems a bit repetitive. AdventurousSquirrel (talk) 16:55, 2 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

As I understand it, that means a "massive tumor" made up of "giant cells". WhatamIdoing (talk) 00:52, 10 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
