Copyright[edit]

Most of this article is basically copied from this. However, that site should be public domain if the content is made by U.S. government workers as part of their official duties. I'm not sure if it is, and there's a copyright message on the bottom of the page. I've emailed the contact link, which is a .gov site, asking about it. I hope to receive a response soon. Got the notification as I clicked publish. They're not government run, so it's a copyright violation. I'm reverting to the pre-addition edit. Vermont (talk) 01:00, 26 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Personal Life[edit]

This article is missing a personal life section. As a member of CAP, and having met General Smith in a meeting, I could easily write it (though it would probably consist of personal research).
