Merge of articles?

As I've said in Mari (Basque) talk page, I do favor a merge. But actually I think that the problem would be much more easily adressed by simply deleting Mari (Basque) article (which is largely innacurate) and adding a "See also" link to Anbotoko Mari in this article. --Sugaar 20:01, 5 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I've moved the (merged) article to this title, which seems more appropriate, and made Anbotoko Mari a redirect. If people feel that Anbotoko Mari really should be a separate article, we could extract material back to that article (making it no longer a redirect), link from that article to this one, and summarize that material as a section here. This may go related to the arrival of the Jentilak or the Mairuak,but even in the Saami (or Lapps of Finland) haplotypes of the feminine Y-DNA being of Iberian/North African origin indicate that they carried it with them before leaving the Glacial Refuge of western Europe in the Franco-Cantabrian region or they kept a maritime contact with Atlantic Europe and beyond,to South navigation routes.Anyone see any relation from the black Madonna or "black virgins" as images of Mari to the pre-christian belief of the egyptian Isis coming from overseas in a shell or to the fenicians' Ashtarte,the Mother Earth?? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.218.39.160 (talk) 06:33, 3 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
