Manikuttan is a homely-name in Kerala - It's a typical Malayali name with many meanings. Some of which are: Mani - Pet, Gem, Pearl. Also in Buddhism it means the sacred bead.

T P Manikuttan is a weight lifter from Kerala weight lifting team.
