Census[edit]

I'm having trouble locating this village in the census results. There are several villages with this name on https://www.census2011.co.in but none in Jehanabad district. The place is a different one from Manpur, right? And how does Mananpur relate to Chhotki Akauna, which is the village name given in the address for one of the schools linked on this page? – Uanfala (talk) 08:46, 14 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Looking at the map, Mananpur is to the south of and runs into Pariawan, which is in the censuses and in Jehanabad district. (Chhotki Akouna/Akauna is the next village to the east). I'm yet to find text that spells that out, however. Ingratis (talk) 09:48, 22 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
The article already refers to this - allowing for transliteration variants, Pariawan = Pariyanva in #History. Perhaps it would make better sense to retitle it Pariawan, since there are more sources for Pariawan, and include Mananpur.Ingratis (talk) 13:19, 22 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
