Ratings section - any use in keeping?[edit]

For some reason, it doesn't list season #1. There is no source for the numbers, and the banner has been up for more than a year. propose deletion. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 208.127.106.170 (talk) 17:05, 16 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Documenting opening lines[edit]

I would like to add a sentence or two about the opening lines: "I remember San Francisco and the house where I was born..." I would like to also note that after mentioning other memories ("I remember..."), she always ended with "But most of all, I remember Mama." However, this is my first foray into Wikipedia and I don't have any references to validate this information. I just remember it. It was such an important part of the show (at least to me) that I think it should be noted somewhere on the web and this seems the right plce. Is this still okay to do, even without an external reference? --Retired technologist (talk) 00:29, 5 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Good idea. I added. Pepso2 (talk) 02:26, 5 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Your recollection of the opening is generally correct ("... the house on Steiner Street where I was born"). My own recollection is that the TV Series was called "I Remember Mama." Sussmanbern (talk) 14:27, 29 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

need references - skeptical about cancellation[edit]

It is a FACT that Maxwell House was not the only sponsor of this series, as I have seen an episode - when Dagmar is no longer a little girl - sponsored by Post. Therefore, the claim that Maxwell cancelled the show is suspect. If this cannot be backed up, the mention of Maxwell House should be removed. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.183.21.70 (talk) 00:56, 11 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
