Similar names, different people[edit]

Mam Bun Neang was Deputy Governor of Phnom Penh (I think he was booted out along with the former Governor). Mam Bun Heng was a secretary of State (equivalent to Deputy Minister) at the Ministry of Health - he's now the Minister. The article name is about the PP Dep. Governor, the photo is of the jolly and slightly chubby Heng. I'll correct the text and remove the picture. Cheers, Paxse (talk) 17:26, 1 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
