If I were to put this:

The most controversial sketch of the season has been the parody of Rihanna's "Umbrella" as "sung by" Democratic frontrunners Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama. Though it features an interracial sex scene, the video promotes stereotypes about the size and sexual ability of African Americans. As well, the Hillary Clinton character (Nicole Parker) says the line, "Pour your chocolate rain on me/And I'll make you my VP." Though MADtv has consistently produced controversial sketches, making assumptions about the race and sexuality of political candidates for President is pushing the envelope.

Then what proof would I need? I posted a link to the video, but it was invalidated 'cuz it was YouTube. I mean, just looking at the comments on the video would prove how controversial the video is. There's no publication saying this... Would this link work? http://www.bilerico.com/2008/01/mad_tv_makes_hillary_show_some_love_for.php I mean, here's a quote from the link: "I thought it was rather racist and sexist. I mean, it didn't step over the line, of course, but still - from the "black men have big dicks" to "white women find black men sexy and dangerous" to "a woman wouldn't take this seriously, she'd just need a man to help her and fuck her"... I had mixed feelings." -Bill Browning

I mean, this is not a verified source, but it clearly illustrates the online controversy the sketch has caused. Perhaps it won't swell to the point of mass media picking up the story, but everyone's talking about it.

I'm no fan of this show, but their next, and last episode of the season is May 17. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.254.107.59 (talk) 17:08, 4 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Can someone decipher what this means?[edit]

I can't understand what the author of these two episode summaries was trying to say:

From episode #1312 summary:

A two-part parody of the reality show Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew appears parodies of [italics mine] Brenda Song and Aaron Carter.

Did you mean features parodies of?

From episode #1313 summary:

Snoop Dogg (Keegan Michael-Key) sings about taking Sensual Reductions to his bank accounts and getting rid of drugs in order to pay for his taxes. [italics mine]:

Did you mean selling drugs to pay his taxes?

Anyone should be able to understand episode summaries, whether they've seen the show or not. If English is not your first language or if clear, concise writing is not your forté, consider letting someone check your work before you post it. Otherwise, you make your fellow Wikis' jobs harder when they're finetuning articles later. Thanks. Kinkyturnip (talk) 04:45, 18 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Colour contrast problems[edit]

It seems that this article is using colours in the infobox which don't satisfy Wikipedia's accessibility guidelines. The contrast between the foreground colour and the background colour is low, which means that it may be difficult or impossible for people with visual impairments to read it.

To correct this problem, a group of editors have decided to remove support for invalid colours from Template:Infobox television season and other television season templates after 1 September 2015. If you would still like to use custom colours for the infobox and episode list in this article after that date, please ensure that the colours meet the WCAG AAA standard.

To test whether a colour combination is AAA-compliant you can use Snook's colour contrast tool. If your background colour is dark, then please test it against a foreground colour of "FFFFFF" (white). If it is light, please test it against a foreground colour of "000000" (black). The tool needs to say "YES" in the box for "WCAG 2 AAA Compliant" when you input the foreground and the background colour. You can generally make your colour compliant by adjusting the "Value (%)" fader in the middle box.

Please be sure to change the invalid colour in every place that it appears, including the infobox, the episode list, and the series overview table. If you have any questions about this, please ask on Template talk:Infobox television season. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 05:30, 2 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
