According to the site of the Russian President Putin (http://www.kremlin.ru/eng/articles/V_Putin_eng.shtml) she is called Lyudmila with 'y' and not 'i'. How can the name of the article be changed? Can someone change it? Thanks a lot. Greetings, Gesine

Btw, the above site also mentions that she is born in 1958 instead of 1957. Is anyone clear if 1958 is indeed correct? --A10203040 22:20, 28 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Marriage issues[edit]

Vladimir Putin and Lyudmila Putina vote on the 2012 presidential elections.

Why is there nothing about the problems in her marriage? She's never seen with Putin nowadays and there are constant rumours about Vlad's possible girlfriends. This is a notable issue when her only notability comes from to whom she is married.Malick78 (talk) 18:05, 18 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

She is not the first lady at least until May, and that's natural that when Putin became Prime Minister she became rarer featured in the media. What is rent[edit]

As of the date of this post the Article has the sentence "Total rent from the building is about $3–4 million". Rent, of its very nature, cannot be expressed as an amount of money (or peppercorns, or other things that have value). It is INHERENT within what "rent" is that it can only be meaningfully expressed in units of money PER unit of time. A rent of "$3 million" is impossible and nonsensical. Move[edit]

I've moved this back to "Lyudmila Putina" as the good-faith move to "Lyudmila Aleksandrovna Ocheretnaya" was nonstandard due to the patronymic, and the likelihood that almost all searches will be for the surname used when she was (somewhat) in the public eye.
