there are some cycling fans for whom doping is not just and infraction but a sin and they are on a holy crusade to eliminate the evil dope from the sport. they must be kept to verifiable facts and sourcing or they will make this where their cycling forums will come to post their holy documents. and they'll have about as much fact as your average religious text does. close to none.
