I understand the thought, but James Speed, a significant figure who served in Lincoln's administration, led this unit, so it tends to stand out on its own. This article will also grow, I'm sure. Stevie is the man! ^{Talk • Work} 14:27, 23 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
