Is this true[edit]

The Lord Chancellor was the only cabinet minister not to have a department of civil servants answerable to him, says the article. Is this true? What was the department of civil servants answerable to the Lord Privy Seal? john k (talk) 17:58, 22 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
