Neutrality[edit]

This article is a disaster. Such claims about the Basmachi movement 'winning a war' is complete hogwash. The entire article needs to be carefully reviewed by someone who know the region. بلاد ما وراء النهر (talk) 00:25, 11 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Irrelevant, misleading, unsourced, and WP:OR content[edit]

I am removing all the irrelevant, misleading, unsourced, and WP:OR content from the list.

First off, Kyrgyzstan in its current shape and form was established by the Soviets in 1924 and has little to nothing to do with the entities listed in the article. Take Xiongnu, for instance. It's absurd to link it to Kyrgyzstan, as it was an ancient confederation of nomadic peoples which might or might not have included the Kyrgyz.

Second, I see no reason to list rebellions (such as the Andijan Uprising), protests (such as the 2020 Kyrgyz Revolution), civils wars in neighboring countries (such as Tajikistani Civil War), and inter-ethnic clashes (such as the 1990 Osh clashes) in a list of wars involving Kyrgyzstan.

Third, the list reeks of WP:OR and lacks WP:RELIABLE sources. Just to give you one example: the article cites a deleted article published in a Pakistani newspaper about inter-ethnic clashes in Kyrgyzstan! And so on.

Finally, nearly all of the misleading the content was added by Foggy kubb (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log), User:Lauriswift911 (talk · contribs), and Th3Shoudy (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log), all three of which are socks of a self-professed Nazi who has been globally banned. You can see from the way they've formulated even rebellions as a "victory" for the Kyrgyz that they were dying to portray this particular ethnic group as undefeatable warriors.

If anyone wants to restore some of the content I'm about to remove, they'll fist have to do proper research to separate the wheat from the chaff. Nataev talk 00:53, 11 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

If that was the case go delete "List of wars involving Kazakhstan" too, its not saying "Kyrgyzstan and its predecessors" for no reason EnderKutokuari (talk) 11:37, 11 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Is that an order? I'm not interested in the entry about Kazakhstan. You might want to find a better machine translation program, as your comment isn't entirely clear. Nataev talk 15:45, 11 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
