Sections?[edit]

This is quite a long list! Might it be worth separating by active vs. inactive, by region, or another way? (I mean using sections here, not separate Wikipedia lists.) ---Another Believer _(Talk) 02:30, 27 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Sure. What about separating out "destroyed" lighthouses? I assume these are nonexistent and readers might actually prefer that they are not included with the existing structures. ---Another Believer _(Talk) 16:25, 29 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

How about these two lighthouses? (both decomissioned)[edit]

Old Mackinac Point Lighthouse began operation in 1889 and the adjacent Fog Signal Building was built in 1906.
