The Emil Stang that was present on the 1st Comintern Congress was not the same as referred to in the link before my editing. The Emil Stang the link goes to was the father of this Emil Stang. He, the older, was prime minister of Norway for two periods: 1889-1891 and 1895-1898. See the Norwegian Wiki. And by the way, he has been dead for 7 years when the Congress started.
