Article needs massive cleanup[edit]

I removed a ton of neighborhoods and the like, as the header claims it's a list of "cities, towns, and unincorporated areas (Census Designated Places)". Neighborhoods should go on List of African-American neighborhoods.

I think this could eventually be a useful article, but it needs to be in something like a sortable table with links to the Wiki pages of the various cities and also relevant demographic data (total population, A-A population, and % A-A) from the most recent Census estimates. Removed talk redirect[edit]

The talk page used to redirect to Talk:List of U.S. communities with African-American majority populations in 2000. I removed the redirect because it no longer makes any sense.
