Adelaide University[edit]

I've added the premierships won by Adelaide Uni back in the 1890's. This information has been garnered from contemporary photos in posession of the club. The club were runners up in 1897, I can't find reference to whom they competed against. Ozdaren 12:12, 6 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

old premierships[edit]

got extra info from an old SA lacrosse article ... listed AULC premierships in 1890, 91, 94-95-96-98, 1902 and 1908 ... no mention of 1893 ... ? also won unofficial premierships in 1942 and 1944 (war years) ... apparently West Torrens won in 1945 Lukeoz (talk) 05:21, 27 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

premierships 1887-1904[edit]

came across an article from the Observer newspaper dated Saturday, 27 August, 1904, pages 19 column E and 20 column A ... with a great lot of detail that listed the premiers and runners-up from 1888 to 1904

also found an article from the Express and Telegraph dated 30 May, 1888 (page 7g) that twice mentioned North Adelaide as "last year's premiers" ... I have added North Adelaide as premiers for 1887 (their first year of existence) though it might be unofficial as SALA wasn't formed until 1888. Lukeoz (talk) 06:09, 11 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
