Wilcher[edit]

Shirley Wilcher is Interim Executive Director of the American Association Affirmative Action (AAAA). She is an attorney with over 20 years experience affirmative action while involved in community groups, in the U.S. Congress, Clinton Administration, and in the private sector. Ms. Wilcher was NAACP Legal Defense Fund during law school when the 1978 Bakke handed down. After law school she joined the National Women’s Law Washington, D.C. and worked on affirmative action and women’s issues. associate counsel with the House Committee on Education and Labor during years and this included working with EEOC when Clarence Thomas was Wilcher joined OFCCP when President Clinton was elected and later joined

for a Fair Chance, now the Leadership Conference on Civil Rights.
