World heritage sites[edit]

In the article İstanbul landmarks are associated with the World Heritage sites. It is true that the historical areas of İstanbul were included in the list of World heritage sites (1985). But [1] the list defines only those areas in old İstanbul (south of Golden Horn) as the historical areas. Thus all landmarks to the north of Golden horn (i.e., Beyoğlu) are not a part of World Heritage sites. I'll call the editor. Nedim Ardoğa (talk) 19:49, 12 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
