Muscatatuck County Park[edit]

Should I put Muscatatuck County Park on the list, and simply mark it as no longer a state park?--Bedford ^Pray 21:21, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

White River State Park[edit]

The article is wrong. There are 24 Indiana State Parks managed by the DNR. White River is not a DNR property but an alternate name for the collection of zoos, museums housed in downtown Indy. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.115.43.93 (talk) 23:03, 19 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I agree. I see no evidence of a White River State Park managed by the Indiana Department of Natural Resources. I am commenting it out of this list. TwoScars (talk) 16:57, 3 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Commented out of list. If someone has some official evidence to put it back in (uncomment it)—do so. The count in the intro has also been changed to 24. Someone should fix the map. TwoScars (talk) 17:06, 3 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

White River is indeed an Indiana state park, but it is run by a separate agency, not the DNR, due to its unique nature. I've added it back to the article with appropriate wording. I also re-enabled it on the location map.

Location of Lincoln State Park[edit]

The longitude should be 87 degrees west, not 86. I fixed it in the map (Template:State parks of Indiana map) and in the article. Indyguy (talk) 17:37, 13 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
