Staatsburgh[edit]

The current mansion at Staatsburgh was completed in 1895. How is that too early? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Smac794 (talkcontribs) 21:29, 14 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Alright, though the mansion is already on the list, in chronological order. ɱ (talk) 04:00, 15 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Made up text[edit]

Even Wikipedia recognizes that this article does not cites any source but the article is still here. Why articles with so deplorable quality are not deleted? This is simply worse than a Facebook random post. This was completely made up, someone was bored and spent his afternoon writing this. Waste of time, and makes Wikipedia maintain a bad reputation about it’s content.

Then help us out and add sources. Every entry has an article that can provide them, they're just at one remove. Acroterion (talk) 02:57, 3 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Louisiana section[edit]

In my opinion, the Lousisiana section should not exist. Both of the properties listed are Antebellum Southern plantations that were built before the American Civil War and thus before the Gilded Age. Leiwang7 (talk) 01:34, 22 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Title[edit]

I think the title should be changed to gilded age houses. Discuss? 2607:FEA8:F1A4:4A00:95B3:3BC9:90AF:EF5C (talk) 20:31, 27 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Adding a ND mansion to Gilded Age Mansions page[edit]

Hello, the Beiseker Mansion in Fessenden, ND, on the NRHP would qualify to list on your GAM page and I ask to whom I should direct my request? Thank you, Dr Elizabeth Barber, PhD 24.220.47.42 (talk) 21:55, 1 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
