Reads like it was written by an anglophobic second-worlder[edit]

which is funny, but somebody should probably fix that. NPOV and all that. The line "...based on folklore, culture, religion,and tradition, not on amusement rides" especially highlights anti-American sentiment. Move page back to Caribbean Carnival?[edit]

In my opinion this article has been moved prematurely. Its isn't merely about "carnivals around the world" but a collection of festivals that have their roots in a specific Caribbean art form and a connection that that diaspora and its culture. I propose moving the article back to the previous page and developing it so it more than just a list. Eartha78 (talk) 06:54, 11 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
