Fran's real name[edit]

What Bernard (maliciously) reveals in Party is that the 'name Fran was born with' is Enid. It is not made clear at this point which, if either, of Enid and Fran(cesca) is a precursory name or a middle name, or whether Fran was chosen for some other reason. Fran certainly doesn't dismiss Enid simply as an unused supplementary name. I therefore question the assertion that her full name is Enid Francesca Katzenjammer. But, if it is, then it is misleading to suggest that Enid is somehow more real than Fran. Is either Enid or the whole of Francesca used in any other episode?
