Nicholas Giampa[edit]

@Chess: Police did not refuse to divulge information of Giampa, in fact he is to be tried as an adult (when he regains competence for that), has been charged and is expected to recover.

"A Lorton man was certified to stand trial as an adult for allegedly shooting and killing his girlfriend’s parents as a 17-year-old in 2017, a case that generated national attention because he espoused neo-Nazi views. A Fairfax County juvenile court judge also ruled Tuesday there was enough evidence to send the double-murder case against Nicholas Giampa, 19, to a grand jury in the county’s circuit court [...] Expert told the court the teen could recover up to 80 per cent of his previous mental capacity within 24 months"

He has been named by the police and countless of news sources so in my opinion this hardly amounts to doxing.RKT7789 (talk) 12:44, 26 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@RKT7789: Then these citations should be added to the article. When I was reading the citations this information was not present so I removed the person. The Daily Mail probably shouldn't be used for contentious information as well being as it is a tabloid. Chess (talk) Ping when replying 20:02, 26 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Chess:Right, I will get to it. Thanks for the input.RKT7789 (talk) 20:04, 26 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@RKT7789: It's no problem. I also split the list of those who were only charged with a crime apart from the list of those convicted. Chess (talk) Ping when replying 20:06, 26 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Chess: I will have to do some general updating on the article, some of the bits aren't up to date. I know for a fact that Clark, Bogard and Climo have been convicted at least.RKT7789 (talk) 20:08, 26 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@RKT7789: That may be true but until a citation is provided we probably shouldn't talk about it. I also didn't include Pistolis in the list of "convicted members" because his "conviction" was done in a summary court martial and not a general court martial, as well as being "separated" from the Marine Corps so it's unclear what his discharge was characterized as. Chess (talk) Ping when replying 20:15, 26 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Chess: Of course, goes without saying, I'll dig up the relevant articles.RKT7789 (talk) 20:18, 26 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
