I used the same template for each of the character, but it won't appear.

Very Special roles and Child Stars, reorg the list[edit]

Is there a reason why these are separate from the Main and Recurring? Wouldn't Special guest roles that are billed with the main cast be considered Main? See the characters table for Melrose Place with Heather Locklear's Main role where she is always billed as Special Guest. Same with child stars. They should be grouped with either Main or Recurring. Main is whoever is billed as the title cards or opening credits at the beginning of the show.

Also this list should expand on the characters in the show, explain who they are and their role in the show. The recurring characters table should only be created if each of the supporting characters have enough to write about on their own. In the case of List of New Girl characters there isn't enough to describe each recurring character beyond a few sentences, so they don't need a characters table.

You can also take this opportunity to reorganize the characters by other methods such as departments, families, organizations and groups, if that makes more sense. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 16:02, 1 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@AngusWOOF: I'm intrigued by that prospect. Although I actually wouldn't know how to execute it because the characters have been members of various groups. Combine former and current actors[edit]

As the list of characters is meant to cover the entire series, the main cast section should combine both former and current actors. The exception would be for roster cases where entirely new teams are introduced for a season. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 18:21, 2 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I have started making edits by merging the current and former cast, but it's still going to be a long process since I have to watch every billing for every episode. Characters billed as "Also Starring" but share a spot with another name are placed in Recurring status. For example, John Medina is billed as "Also Starring" but he shares the spot with Marvin Yap at the credits, so the two of them are placed in Recurring status. --Wansawansa 14:35 12 April 2018 (UTC)

Supporting vs. recurring billing[edit]

Why is there a distinction between supporting and recurring? How are the actors billed in this series? Is there an "Also starring" kind of billing tier as with The Walking Dead (TV series)? AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 18:23, 2 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@AngusWOOF: Sorry this took a while because I wasn't as hands on on this page as I am with the other allied pages of Ang Probinsyano. A recurring cast member is also a supporting cast member. The only difference is that the recurring cast member is not in the credits roll anymore but still makes appearances in the show after they stopped being credited. Guys, we REALLY have to merge the current and former cast members[edit]

Standard Wikipedia articles on list of characters merge former and current members but separate them by their billing. Please stop separating the former cast from the current cast members. --Wansawansa 14:35 12 April 2018 (UTC)

This page REQUIRES REORGANIZATION[edit]

Please view the List of The Walking Dead (TV series) characters page. There are a lot of problems with the organization with this page. Former and current cast members should be merged. The characters should also be listed first in the listing rather than the actor's name. The (Actor as Character) format isn't needed for a character list. That way they can be expanded. The table part is okay, that can list the actor's name first, but it should be reviewed for order of first appearance and opening title credits. Tables[edit]

I've removed the tables from the main articlr for the time being while the article is being updated and/or reconscructed. We'll restore the same once the page becomes up-to-date.

Main[edit]
