Format[edit]

Please considering using the most standard {{episode list}} template and formatting for this list. The recipes, et all can be covered in the summary section just fine, and will give the list a nicer appearance. AnmaFinotera (talk) 02:13, 12 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I looked at it and realized I would have an entire line devoted to episode number and title (I don't know the rest). Is that acceptable from the project point of view? —Rob (talk) 02:29, 12 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, though the section on airdate should still be left in. Many episode lists have only the #, title, and airdate, including featured. You might check tv.com for airdates. Not the best source, but sometimes the only place to find them. For writer/director, if the series has the same one for all eps, then its usually left out of the list and mentioned in the prose. If they don't, then you'd want to leave the sections in for others to maybe fill in (and can check the credits of eps on the DVDs). AnmaFinotera (talk) 02:34, 12 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I don't really mind switching over to {{episode list}}, but I wonder what the value of knowing the director is, assuming I can fill it in for more than one season. I'm curious what other folks think. Rosenbluh (talk) 14:05, 4 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I just got the DVD sets for Seasons 4-8. I'll be slowly dumping in the content as I have time. 11:18, 5 Feb 2009 —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.198.168.39 (talk)

Episode list format[edit]

Last year the seasons were converted to the standard Template:Episode list format. This may be useful for a normal TV series or documentary but appears to me to be less so with this show, having defined segments, which are useful individually without the context of the whole episode. The older table style that you can see here presents the core information of the episodes in a much more informative and useful format to the reader than the standard and I think we should revert it. What do others think? Cheers --Millbart (talk) 17:11, 11 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
