Explanation for removed sentence[edit]

"For a friendly free discussion forum emphasizing an ethical approach to astrology, see: http://www.linda-goodman.com"
Wikipedia is an encyclopaedia (sp?), not a listing for links. The emphasis needs to be on Linda Goodman, for this entry, not just astrology.
I have left the link to the forum as the site has lots of information re Linda Goodman and the site link is stable as the forum has been active since at least 2002. Roaming27 22:04, 26 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Linda's Birth Time and Date[edit]

Astrodatabank a reliable source of info has Linda's Birth time and date differently. Please see [1] If I don't hear anything back I will edit this data? I have requested confirmation from astrodatabank:) Veryscarymary (talk) 11:15, 30 December 2009 (UTC) Have changed birth time as promised as it looks SO strange for an astrologer's entry to have conflicting birth time. This is a verified piece of information and is available on the reliable astrodata.com website. It also has Rodden Rating of 'A' meaning reliable. I don't want to start an editing war , the birth certificate 'reference' that was here previously, only took the reader to a fan website (well written but still fan) whilst astrodata.com is a joint initiative, edited and verified:) In peace xxx Veryscarymary (talk) 19:14, 26 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Fruitarian?[edit]

Talk:Fruitarianism#Linda_Goodman suggests that Goodman was a fruitarian, which may have been the cause of the diabetes that killed her. If true (and I make no assertion about whether it is), it probably rates a mention in the article. Mitch Ames (talk) 09:13, 13 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Children?[edit]

The section listing her children does not agree with the listing immediately above it. Does somebody have a reference to straighten this out? Raymondwinn (talk) 09:27, 2 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

"Linda Goodman's Love Signs" Special Acknowledgment of gratitude list her children as 'Sarah Elizabeth Snyder, William Dana Snyder, Kim Kemery Goodman, Michael Aaron Goodman. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.179.131.66 (talk) 19:09, 20 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Death[edit]

So how did she die? I've found several references to her death here and there... and no consistency. Diabetes, accidental suicide and out and out disappearing into thin air. Also, her house was left abandoned with all of its contents undisturbed. If she had children, why was the house just sealed up and everything left in it? Could someone look into these matters? 75.48.22.62 (talk) 23:28, 28 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

More info I will add New York Times 25th October 1995 http://www.nytimes.com/1995/10/25/us/linda-goodman-writer-turned-astrologer-dies.html Veryscarymary (talk) 20:52, 3 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

where is the evidence for Sally Snyder living in Arizona? in 1980. i cannot find ANY evidence of her being found. all information i've ever read or seen points to her mother fruitlessly searching for her daughter until her own death. this should be removed or it should be sourced, with actual evidence. not just a link to a forum or conspiracy theory website. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Meadowgirl (talkcontribs) 04:40, 12 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
