Google Earth view of the Limbe coords is too low resolution to see a runway, but higher rez images https://www.here.com/?map=4.02399,9.21524,14,satellite shows no runway at the coords or in the area. A couple straight stretches that could possibly hold a runway have trees and other vegetation in the way. A search of Cameroon maps shows no airport symbol at Limbe. Other searches do not turn up anything other than the IATA designation and the given coords.

Any airport that was there may be overbuilt.
