Agree to move Divizia "A" to Divizia A (which will become the existing stub)!

So the requested move is sorted, resolved, no further attention needed. (Isn't it?) I've just removed it from WP:RM. –Hajor 2 July 2005 05:23 (UTC)

Name change[edit]

I think someone should change the name of the article from 'Divizia A' to 'Liga I', since this is the new name of the league. Of course existing links to 'Divizia A' should point to 'Liga I' from now on. Giuseppe86 13:36, 26 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Liga 1 should be moved to Liga I[edit]

Notable foreign players[edit]

Dinamo/Ciocanul[edit]

Romanian football statisticians don't consider Ciocanul's two seasons as part of Dinamo's all-time history. See the 1932 - 2006 all-time table (as computed by Razvan Toma) on RSSSF -> [2]

Ciocanul Bucuresti is already mentioned on Dinamo's wiki page - no need to alter the table here.

Liga I → Romanian Liga — There is two many 1. Liga and XXX Liga, The full name of the Romanian highest division is Liga I Bürger, it may be confused with Soproni Liga, Corgoň Liga, Gambrinus liga, Swiss 1. Liga and various Prva Liga. 1929–30 Divizia A[edit]

Who won this season? FC Juventus București (1924) or FC Petrolul Ploiești, on both pages the titles is on their pages. On both pages i see this "The team was founded in 1924 after the merger of Triumf Bucureşti and Romcomit Bucureşti."
