Restoration[edit]

The deleting administrator RoySmith has deferred judgment to me regarding the restoration of this article. The discussion can be found here. Page was deleted in the past because it didn't have accreditation. However, it's has consistent accreditation since 1987, so past AfD nominators did not do their due diligence and run through a WP:BEFORE with that line of reasoning. Another cause of deletion was bias (I am told) so lets try to make sure that doesn't happen again. Any questions about this page are welcome here.
