Article Inaccuracy[edit]

As the amount of 'citation needed' marks reflected, this article was very misleading, verging on inaccurate, in its previous form. Since the lex Manilia is such an important step in the career of Pompey and in the decline of the Republic in general, I thought it ought to have a better article.

I've therefore rewritten nearly all of it, using largely the Cambridge Ancient History, Volume IX as source but with other material too. Feel free to comment, change, or add to it. Drivingrevilo (talk) 10:59, 15 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
