Unsupported statements and opinions[edit]

"Fregoli was the greatest protean (quick-change) artist of his day."

This statement needs to be sourced or removed. Many other statements about him are also either opinions or otherwise not encyclopedic.

The information about other quick-change artists at the end should be truncated and, where appropriate, moved separate articles about them. I have flagged a number of statements that I felt were questionable.

I have also added section headings to facilitate reading, especially at some points where topics change abruptly. 165.247.0.216 05:16, 20 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fregoligraph[edit]

No mention is made of his meeting with the Lumière brothers, who granted him permission to use their newly invented patent in his shows, as well as to make a prototype projector specially invented by the artist, the Fregoligraph, which he never wanted to patent, however. 62.240.135.4 (talk) 08:53, 10 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
