Nero's Killing Machine?[edit]

"Nero's Killing Machine" By Stephen Dando-Collins claims this legion was trained as a macedonian phalanx with 21 foot spears.. could someone check primary sources and see if that was the case? It'd rather interesting.

"Right side" of the Danube?[edit]

What is the "right side" of the Danube? Can someone modify this text? Is this the north side? The Germanic side? This is confusing. Thanks, Hu Gadarn 14:30, 22 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
