Lead - again!
The lead section is getting unwieldy. WP:LEAD recommends that "a lead section should contain no more than four well-composed paragraphs and be carefully sourced as appropriate". And while we have a separate article on the City of Leeds, there is no clear statement of what this article is about. Would a brave editor like to have a go at cleaning it up?--Mhockey (talk) 18:47, 5 November 2020 (UTC)
