Untitled[edit]

http://www.math.yorku.ca/Conferences/LL80/lorch.bio.html (citation number 2) doesn't seem to indicate whether or not Lee Lorch was a Communist Party member, and the article is unclear, as it says there was never any doubt about his being a member of the Communist Party. So, is the article saying he was or was not? I think the statement must be either removed, or a reference added to back it up. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Justinhaynes (talkcontribs) 15:40, 30 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

But what about his career?[edit]

This article admirably discusses Lorch's activism for the cause of racial equality.

But he was a mathematician. Surely the article could mention *something* about his mathematical accomplishments.
