I've tried a few times to correct errors on this page. Someone takes it upon themselves to remove my corrections. If you want factual information about Lawrence Tenney Stevens, contact me at johnfaubion@basicisp.net. I take this seriously as there are authors and others who repeat the errors you are allowing. Once they get published, they are quoted for years and years. You are not doing any favors by allowing the misinformation to continue. Pmudikiw (talk) 18:44, 22 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Much of this article seems to closely approximate the sequence and wording of the first citation with little tweaks here and there. I know it's difficult, but for a Wiki article it's best to spend time absorbing the material, and then putting it down in your own words. Not many of us are Hemingways here, especially me, so don't worry too much. That is why we keep some magnificent copy editors around. --  :- ) Don 06:34, 7 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

A good portion of this article is my original research, so I will be removing anything that only cites my original research as a source. I will add things back in the event that any of the research becomes available online, but until then I will be removing anything that does not have an accessible source. Feel free to expand the article if you have any more research! Gretchenea 11:41, 13 Aug 2012

The link for the first reference is not a working website. Is there new website or another source? It also does not appear to be accurate information. I have read the unpublished memoirs of Stevens' second wife, but I'm not sure if I can add information here because I don't have published forms of verification. Suggestions?
