Scalby[edit]

@‎GhostInTheMachine: I saw that you chose Scalby, North Yorkshire as the Scalby here. I had de-linked Scalby here because of another Scalby in Yorkshire: Scalby, East Riding of Yorkshire. Why did you choose the northern one? I thought the source had only referred to "Scalby", so decided to err on the side of caution and not link it at all (in retrospect, I perhaps shouldn't have included the information at all if I wasn't sure which one it was). Understood, but the Scarborough Scalby is solid. He lived in Station Road and then Low Hall. Constance is buried at St Laurence's Church. I added a ref to the CWG record that has Scarborough too — GhostInTheMachine talk to me 07:41, 9 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Ah, I see. I had only seen the source from The Press, which was vague on the subject. Thanks for putting that information in. Sdrqaz (talk) 12:33, 9 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
