Connect the song & movie?[edit]

The movie actually uses the original recording of the song in their ending credits, yet there is nothing that connects the two on Wikipedia! That is how I came to the ‘60’s song, from watching the ‘20’s movie. 70.125.89.239 (talk) 20:18, 11 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Alternative version[edit]

I have a cd compilation with a version of the song that has more aggressive phased guitar instead of the strings in the arrangement. I can't find this anywhere online. Is this an album version or from a session? 80.6.132.137 (talk) 07:04, 22 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I think I know the version you’re referring to. It’s a re-recording of the song from the 1984 DDDBMT greatest hits album on Heartbreak Hotel Records. I think these re-recorded versions have appeared on various CD compilations since. Humbledaisy (talk) 15:54, 22 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
