My edit

Don't know why there are no previous entries. Anyway, I can be first.

I've made a large edit, in keeping with the Wiki motto "be bold." My thinking is that the entry really needn't be a long one - just a discussion of where Goshen was. I think the article now does that - from my research I gathered there's really no debate, just one widely accepted candidate, the 20th nome.PiCo (talk) 08:42, 4 January 2010 (UTC)

Objectivity?

This entry seems very religiously-based for an encyclopedia. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.82.121.74 (talk) 15:48, 19 August 2012 (UTC)

Anachronism

"The Egyptians feared potential integration or takeover, so they enslaved the Israelites and took away their human rights."

The concept of human rights is a much later development, and an anachronism here. JKeck (talk) 13:31, 21 October 2019 (UTC)

That is not necessarily a problem. The Egyptians restricted their freedom of movement, enslaved them. How would you rephrase it? Debresser (talk) 19:38, 21 October 2019 (UTC)
