I thing someone should check the specs on Blanik. Best glide ratio speed look suspicious.

Nope, 48kts is correct. I'll try and get a photo of the cockpit placard next time I'm at my club. Brophmeister (talk) 22:12, 4 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

As the TG-10 is the same aircraft, the Blanik TG-10 page should likely be merged into this one, I think. - The Bushranger Return fireFlank speed 05:42, 6 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The Blanik TG-10 is significantly different to the LET-13 Blanik. For example, the former has a T-tail and the latter a low tail. The TG-10 appears to be a US military designation for the civil LET L-23 Super Blanik. See attached image.

Instead of a merger with LET-13 we should be contemplating a merger with LET L-23. Dolphin (t) 08:44, 6 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
...upon further review, it seems "TG-10" covers several LET gliders. So it should stay at its own article. *shakes head at the U.S. designation system for the umpteenth time* - The Bushranger Return fireFlank speed 14:51, 6 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Support Bushrangers comment, the TG-10s are more than one type. MilborneOne (talk) 17:41, 6 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Aircraft on display[edit]

The city of Zwickau in Germany has one on Diplay at its regional aerodrome. Picture of it you can see on jetphotos. The picture is from 2018 but the plane is still there and looks still as on the picture. [1]
