Usage-based Billing Controversy[edit]

This section should be expanded on the CRTC's page, not here. And the fact he is German NOT Canadian, running the CRTC! So what if he was born in Germany? Does that make him a second-rate citizen, somebody who shouldn't be able to have a job in the public service? I seriously dislike this man for what he has done with/to the CRTC, but I would never think he should be disallowed from working there just because he's German.
