Changes on 18 May 2016[edit]

I undid the changes made by @Ucfccmarketing: as they had several problems:

Contradicting the specified source (e.g., changing apartment contract length from "annual" to "11 month".
Unsourced changes. Yes, much of the current article is unsourced, and should also be examined - but that is not an excuse to make things worse.
Puffery. Phrases such as "will make the area more pedestrian friendly" and "retail spaces currently available which will be filled within the coming year".

I also have some general concerns:

The original user name (now blocked) was Ucfccmarketing. This leads me to believe there may be a conflict of interest. If so, any non-trivial changes should be requested on the talk page, not made directly to the article.
The changes were marked as "m" (minor). See WP:MINOR to see why this should not have been done.
