Creating an article on Flight 463[edit]

I was just wondering if a seperate article needs to be created for Flight 463, the Let L-410 that crashed while performing a schelduled passenger flight. It fits all the criteria on WP:PLANECRASH. One is that injury or death have occured to humans. In this crash 6 people died, with just one survivor, a three year old girl. It involves a hull loss. Plus it has caused the grounding of the entire fleet of Let L-410's in the East. I'm not sure why there hasn't been an article yet. Maybe it's something I'm not seeing, like because it's a low cost Russian airline or because it isn't very notable. If there is some reason it isn't being created, could somebody just explain it to me please? Flashjacket348 (talk) 07:38, 22 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
