The story in Midrash Eicha and the story in Gittin[edit]
The versions of the story of Kamsa and Bar Kamsa as related by Gittin and by Midrash Eicha diverge on a number of points. It would be better to summarize them both and draw cursory distinctions between them. In my experience, the version in Gittin is more well-known, but the version in Midrash Eicha precedes it by several centuries. InfCompact (talk) 14:01, 29 June 2021 (UTC)
