2011 status[edit]

Though Orenduff shows up on http://web.minorleaguebaseball.com/milb/stats/stats.jsp?t=t_ros&cid=526&stn=true&sid=t526, his stats dont show him as having played a game in 2011. Is there an error in the roster? Can someone provide add a citation to the article other than a roster listing that explicitly says he unretired or that he is active in 2011 after retiring in 2009? I could not find one. —Bagumba (talk) 02:44, 31 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Unlikely that he would show up on the roster due to an error.. According to the California League Transactions page [1] he was assigned to the Quakes on May 30 from the Dodgers extended spring training. So the fact that he hasnt yet appeared in a game is not a big deal. Also, his bio page [2] shows him as being active. Spanneraol (talk) 14:52, 31 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
The transaction page is what I was looking for. Thanks, I would have never guessed to look under "Stats" for transactions. I've added citation to article. —Bagumba (talk) 17:53, 31 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
