Which song is this article about?[edit]

I came to this from a link in another article that was supposed to be a link to the same-titled song by the Dazz Band. Looking in this article's history, this article was in fact about the Dazz Band song, from 2005 until October 1, 2017. Then suddenly someone changed this article to be about a different song with the same title? What's up with that? Shouldn't both songs have separate articles? Who got to decide which song got claim to this specific article?
