GA Reassessment[edit]

Has been GAR request tagged since March and contains a lot of tagged unreferenced content. It is tag bombed so probably looks worse than it is, but we do have gems like After the loss to Carlito, the duo began a feud, which resulted in Cena allegedly being stabbed in the kidney while at a Boston-area nightclub by Carlito's bodyguard, Jesús. I always find the way these wrestling plot elements are incorporated into Wikipedia difficult to reconcile. There is certainly a lot of detail on the wrestling side and given he has become a pretty successful actor that section in contrast is very underwhelming (we have almost as much about wrestling fashion). We also have some random sentence about being the daytona pace car driver in the middle of a paragraph. AIRcorn (talk) 18:52, 30 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@BMO4744 and ImmortalWizard: as being involved in the GAR request template. AIRcorn (talk) 19:03, 30 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Delist: There is a lot of issues here, but I won't go into too much depth on most of them. The main issue here is the sheer length of the article. It currently is in need of a lot of WP:SPLITs, as it's 220,000 bytes (100,000+ would be too much). This in itself is enough to fail a GA nom.
FWIW, the storyline with Carlito and Jesus is as bonkers as it sounded! Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talkcontribs) 20:36, 30 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Delist: My first reason is taste, the article separates his wrestling career and acting career. I think both should be combined.
A little elaborations on the films who's directing, what does his character does and so forth.
I am unable to comment on his wrestling career, since I am not in to sports. Is listed on good articles regarding the sport and what do the folks who edit sport articles think of it.Filmman3000 (talk) 22:03, 24 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
