Astronomer?[edit]

The body text of the article and the ref states this person was a "Scientific instrument maker", not an "astronomer". Looks like the title should be changed. Fountains of Bryn Mawr (talk) 16:09, 28 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Education and Childhood?[edit]

I believe there is a huge content gap in the area of his early life, only mentioning where he was born, but nothing more. Also was he educated? There is no information in regards to his education or lack thereof, it simply dives straight into his life's work.Ashtonnd33 (talk) 18:17, 19 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
